In 2020, Richard Manilla joined the team at Swank Law Offices. Before then, Richard worked as a civil litigator in Pittsburgh representing clients in state and federal courts as well as before Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Judges and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Richard’s practice focused on personal injury matters that included motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, industrial and construction accidents, and workers’ compensation. During Law School, Richard clerked for the Honorable Gregory L. Frost of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio. In addition, Richard worked for the Ohio Northern Legal Clinic that represented indigent clients in domestic relations matters and worked for the Prosecutor’s Office of Hardin County, Ohio prosecuting child abuse, neglect, and dependency cases.
Since joining the firm, Richard has focused his practice on family law, consisting of custody and divorce cases, as well as criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury, and workers’ compensation.
