Jesse I. Weidaw, Esq.
Since 2003, Jesse Weidaw has focused his practice primarily in the areas of Complex Custody, Support and Equitable Distribution litigation including appeals heard before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. In fifteen years of practice he has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Star four times, an honor bestowed on less than 2.5% of the lawyers in the Commonwealth. Familiar with all aspects of Domestic Relations litigation in Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Washington and Westmoreland counties; Jesse also lectures at Continuing Legal Education courses, has authored papers presented to the Allegheny County Bench/Bar Conference and provides pro bono assistance to indigent custody litigants through the Allegheny County Pro Bono Custody Conciliation project.
